When you contact Mercyhealth EAP, your privacy is protected. All discussions with Mercyhealth EAP counselors are confidential. Even if you are referred to the program by your supervisor, Mercy EAP is only able to confirm your dates of service with your written permission.
Accessing the Employee Assistance Program may help you to improve your work performance, and give you an opportunity to show your manager that you are motivated and taking responsibility for making necessary improvements.
If your company is contracted for Employee Assistance Program services, your assessment is free. If additional assistance is necessary, you or your household member will be referred to the most appropriate resource at the least cost to you. Most referrals are covered under your insurance plan.
