Welcome to the Mercyhealth Employee Assistance Program
We’re all occasionally troubled by personal, family, or work-related problems. Looking for a solution can be frustrating, time-consuming, and may impact your employees’ ability to perform at their best.
The Mercyhealth Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can quickly and easily connect your employees with the appropriate resources at a minimal cost to you as their employer.
The program is completely confidential and offers personalized solutions. It is often the most expedient help for troubled workers, so they can perform better and improve the quality of their lives. That means your organization can benefit from reduced costs, improved workforce productivity, and decreased lost work time.
An Employee Assistance Program is a benefit that is paid for by your company, for employees and their household members. An EAP can help them find resources to solve personal problems that, if not resolved, could negatively impact their work performance.
