HARVARD, Illinois – Mercyhealth Harvard Care Center, 901 Grant St., received an overall five-star quality rating from the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Mercyhealth Harvard Care Center has been an overall five-star, top performing nursing homes by CMS for the last five years.

The care center is a 34-bed facility that offers short term and long-term care, respite care, and rehabilitation services with immediate access to Mercyhealth Hospital and Medical Center-Harvard. The U.S. News rankings rely on data from Nursing Home Compare, a consumer web site run by CMS. The overall rating is based on three areas: health inspection results, quality measures and staffing. Mercyhealth Harvard Care Center received an overall five-star quality rating.
