Mercyhealth Development Foundation Golf Play Day to Benefit Mercyhealth at Home

ROCKFORD, Illinois—The Mercyhealth Development Foundation invites you to Golf for a Good Cause on Monday, June 25, at its annual Golf Play Day. This year’s event is held at the Beloit Club, 2327 S. Riverside Dr., Beloit WI.

Join current and past board members, medical staff, community leaders, donors, employees and other friends of Mercyhealth as they hit the links for a fun day of golf and camaraderie—and to raise money for a good cause.

This year, proceeds from the Golf Play Day will benefit Mercyhealth at Home. Mercyhealth at Home offers a wide array of home health services to meet personal needs including hospice, skilled nursing care, rehabilitative therapy, home medical equipment and older adult services. The highly trained team of home health and hospice nurses, providers and medical equipment specialists bring their compassion, expertise and support to individuals and their loved ones.

Play Day festivities begin at 11 am with registration and lunch, then a shotgun start at noon, followed by dinner and prizes at 5:30 pm. Cost is $150 per individual or $600 per foursome (includes lunch, golf cart and dinner), with several sponsorship opportunities available.

Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and are encouraged by June 11. Sign up online at MercyhealthGolf.org, or by calling the Mercyhealth Development Foundation at (815) 971-4141 or (608) 755-8821.
