VIDEO: Ann Dilla, DO – Family Medicine

"My philosophy when practicing medicine is simple. Listen. It is so very important that I listen to patients when they seek my advice. I believe that listening is the most important skill a physician should possess. Listening is a form of respect and open, compassionate communication is key to great medical care. People start to heal when they feel they have been heard. By listening well to a patient, I learn how best to help them to deal with and resolve whatever issue they present to me. We work together and create a plan that works best for them in their specific situation. I am here to listen."
