Symptoms of Nutritional Anemia
Some people do not have symptoms. People who do may have:
- Breathing problems
- Rapid heartbeat
- Pale skin
- Cravings for ice or clay due to a lack of iron
- Confusion or clumsiness
- Sores in the mouth or on the tongue
- Diarrhea or weight loss
