Pamela Jones, MA
Pamela Jones is Associate Managing Editor for EBSCO Information Services' Consumer Health products. Pamela has a master’s degree in health communication from Emerson College and Tufts University School of Medicine (a collaborative program), and a bachelor’s degree in cardiopulmonary sciences with a concentration in clinical exercise physiology from Northeastern University.
Prior to joining EBSCO Information Services, Pamela worked as a fitness manager for a leading health and fitness center. She provided health and wellness education for staff and members, as well as programming for populations with special health needs. She also assisted in the management of a non-profit wellness center for women in transition. Her previous experience included work in cardiac rehabilitation, diabetes management with Joslin Diabetes Center, physical rehabilitation, and hospital surgical services.
Cynthia M. Johnson, MA
Cynthia Johnson is Senior Health Editor for EBSCO Information Services' Consumer Health products. Cynthia has a master’s degree in English with a concentration in creative writing from Salem State University. She also has a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in secondary education from Salem State University.
Prior to joining EBSCO Information Services, Cynthia worked as a freelance writer focusing on health information technology. She also has experience designing, developing, and implementing customized training solutions for a variety of industries.
Amy Scholten, MPH
Amy Scholten, MPH. is Editor/Writer for EBSCO Information Services’ Consumer Health products. Amy has a master’s degree in public health with a concentration in health promotion and education from the University of South Carolina. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Framingham State University.
Prior to joining EBSCO Information Services, Amy worked as a freelance consumer health writer/editor and health and nutrition educator for community and hospital-based wellness programs.
