Contributions to Mercy Foundation and Harvard Memorial Hospital Foundation are used to support the development of new service programs, fund new technology and capital improvements, financially assist individual patients and their families, and improve the overall quality of health care services for all patients. As 501(c)(3) organizations, donations to the Mercy Foundation and Harvard Memorial Hospital Foundation are tax-deductible as allowed by law. All contributions, large or small, are deeply appreciated.
Mercy Foundation has a general fund and several special purpose funds. Donors may earmark their contribution to any of these funds. Donations to the general fund are used at the discretion of the Mercy Foundation board. Special purpose funds include:
Autism Support Fund
The Autism Support Fund makes financial resources available to families for things such as classes, equipment, and therapy. All families in Rock and Walworth counties with children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder are encouraged to contact us for more information. To download the Autism Support Fund application.
Donating $25 to Club 25 will cover a number of necessary items for people who need House of Mercy’s help.

Patients can show their thanks with a monetary gift.
Holly J. Barten Memorial Fund
This fund helps cancer patients and their families.
House of Mercy Homeless Center
House of Mercy provides temporary shelter for homeless families.
Mercy Hospice helps seriously ill patients and their families cope with day-to-day life and tough medical decisions.
Mercy Regional Cancer Center
The Mercy Regional Cancer Center offers the full range of resources necessary to detect and treat cancer, and help our patients not only recover, but also thrive.
Mercy Health System Family Medicine Residency Program
Our residency program is a community-based, three-year program that trains medical residents to become competent and well-rounded family medicine physicians.
Harvard Hospital Foundation
Gifts to the Harvard Hospital Foundation are used specifically to support and enhance programs and services offered at Mercy Harvard Hospital in Harvard, Illinois.
