Mercy Health System is honored to be recognized by the Malcolm Baldrige Award program for its organizational excellence as an entire vertically integrated health system, which is unique because it includes all entities across the entire system- from its three hospitals, to its 285 employed physicians and their offices, to its homeless center, to its wholly owned and operated insurance company and all other 64 facilities.
